What is Medical Massage?

Medical Massage is a science based approach to the clinical application of massage therapy. While regular massage therapy has preventative aspects, medical massage is used for client who have developed full blown pathologies.

Medical Massage incorporates but is not limited to, Muscle Testing, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Periosteal Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Rehabilitative Stretching Procedures.

Before booking this service:

1. Please bring Documents and/or Medical Records for the Diagnose you received, it will be helpful for your therapist to understand your condition and develop a result oriented treatment.

2. Medical Massage Protocols usually consist in 10 sessions done every other day. Moderate to Severe cases, may take multiple rounds every few months (to avoid phenomenon of adaptation).

3. We do not accept Insurance.
